We accept return requests on all standard stocked truck toppers and shell accessories within 30 days of the original physical dispatch or pickup date.
Fitment Guarantee
If a product safely sourced from us doesn't securely lock or fit your specified vehicle utility bed correctly due to an inventory listing error, we cover 100% of the cross-shipment corrections.

Contact our fitment support desk online with your secure invoice code and structural frame snapshots.
Inspection Lock
Once authorized, safely dispatch the topper back to our central depot or drop it off at an approved partner bay.
Refund Dispatch
Following strict structural inspection clearance, your full refund clears directly to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
Policy Terms & Eligibility
- Toppers must show no signs of custom field modifications, exterior paint variations, or installation structural structural warping outside of initial delivery transport conditions.
- All original mechanical locking keys, weather-seal framing lips, and internal installation bracket hardware must accompany the returned shell asset.
- Custom-made built-to-order utility fleet frames or uniquely custom specialized color-matched coatings are exempt from cash refunds unless verified by a licensed engineer to have a manufacturing defect.
- Return logistical transport expenses remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner unless an explicit fitment defect confirmation is cleared beforehand.
